Glenn Ware, AIA/LEED AP
A Registered Architect and LEED Accredited Professional (by the U.S. Green Building Council). Glenn has more than 33 years of architectural experience. He has served as project manager/project designer for a number of major justice facility projects throughout the Southeast. Four of his projects have received a "Citation for Excellence" by the American Institute of Architects annual Justice Facility Review. Others have been featured in publications such as Court Manager, Corrections Today, Correctional News, and the Retrospective on Courthouse Design published by the National Center for State Courts. Glenn is a Registered Architect in the states of North Carolina, South Carolina, Virginia, Florida, and Michigan and is NCARB certified.

Paul Bonsall, AIA
Paul is a Registered Architect with more than 29 years of architectural experience. His experience includes planning a facility's overall security needs, which involves determining levels of security and required staffing. He is also experienced in the coordination of systems to track residents, staff, and guests, including camera surveillance, computerized tracking systems, and database management systems. He has also been responsible for the design of physical systems that control access into and throughout a facility, including biometric, card, and code recognition systems. Paul is a Registered Architect in the states of North Carolina, South Carolina, and West Virginia and is NCARB certified.

Pete Cayado
Pete has more than 14 years of design experience for public projects, including master plans, needs assessments, and facility design for detention centers, courthouses, administration buildings, and correctional facilities. With a background in both architecture and criminal justice, Pete brings a unique perspective to planning and design.

Steve Boyce
As Construction Administrator, Steve is involved in the construction phase of projects, reviewing submittals, responding to contractor questions, and performing inspections. Over the last 15 years, Steve has had extensive field experience with hundreds of justice facility construction projects throughout the Southeast. His experience includes scheduling, coordinating, and resolving construction issues; managing subcontracts; quality control; and owner training. He has also installed, tested, and maintained PLC based locking controls, CCTV, MATV, perimeter detection, audio, and fire alarm systems.
